1. Scope

These terms apply to use of the VALTOR Professional Sport Academy website, non-binding inquiries and digital certificate verification. Binding services may be subject to additional written agreements.

2. Programs and Assessments

VALTOR offers educational programs and professional assessment of existing qualifications and experience. Participation in a program or submission of documents does not create an automatic right to pass, receive a document, obtain professional licensing or gain recognition by public authorities or sports federations.

3. No Governmental or Federation Equivalence

VALTOR documents provide private documentation of professional development. Unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing, they do not replace any legally required license, government qualification or recognition by a national or international sports federation.

4. Accuracy of Information

Users must provide complete and truthful information and submit only documents they are authorized to use. False or manipulated information may result in termination of processing and withdrawal of an issued endorsement.

5. Certificate Registry

The registry verifies whether a specific document is stored under a unique ID. A successful result confirms a match with the registry, not any additional legal or governmental effect. Unauthorized automated extraction is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

Text, design, trademarks, logos, course materials and document templates may not be copied, modified or used commercially without prior written permission.

7. Liability

We strive to provide accurate and current information but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from error. Mandatory statutory liability, including liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health, remains unaffected.
